UAH 64,000 COLLECTED. HEARING AID PAID. HEARING DEVICES ARE INSTALLED.
Julia Kozak needs hearing aids.
Seven-year-old Yuli has bilateral neurosensory deafness of the 2nd and 3rd degree. This means that without hearing aids, the girl cannot distinguish words, and the world around her turns into a chaotic set of sounds and constant noise, as from a passing train. Yuli will be helped by high-frequency digital hearing aids. If they are not installed now, the girl will forget to speak. Then you can forget about school and communication with others.
Sunny and cheerful Julia, at first glance, is no different from all children. She is cheerful and lively, with golden hair and an upturned nose in freckles. Only at a time when other children were already saying words and even sentences, parents could not understand why their daughter was having a hard time speaking.
At the age of almost three, Olga, Yuli’s mother, immediately went with her daughter to the ENT, who referred them to a deaf and dumb doctor, who diagnosed Yuli with bilateral hearing loss: sensorineural deafness on the right, deafness 3 degrees on the left. That is, Julia does not hear at all with her right ear, and almost does not hear with her left. What could have led to this, neither doctors nor parents, still can not understand.

Upon learning this, the Kozak family was shocked, but decided to fight for the future of their little sunshine.
- The first hearing aid was purchased at their own expense and with the help of relatives. Despite the fact that it was a cheap and low-power hearing aid, we immediately noticed an improvement, - recalls Olga. - My daughter began to say the first words. We did not wait long, and signed up for classes with a speech therapist and deaf educator to develop a little speech.
Now Julia goes to first grade. But the power of her hearing aid is not enough in full for the perception of the environment and school supplies. Such sounds are mixed, and Julia confuses them, making it difficult for her to speak and communicate with the teacher and children, because of this the girl begins to worry and get nervous.
- The doctor said that Yula needed digital multi-channel hearing aids. Without them, she will neither hear nor speak.

Now the girl is "talking" very incomprehensibly. Julia’s relatives understand her perfectly even without words. But what will happen next? This question is asked every day by the girl’s mother, how will she go on to school, study, develop, communicate with people if she does not have suitable hearing aids? ..
- The daughter is very worried, nervous, - admits Olga. - We have to wait for free low-power hearing aids for a year, two, maybe longer… All this time Julia will not be able to learn to speak normally. And what will happen to her character, psychological state ... My daughter needs high-power, multi-channel digital hearing aids. But they are so expensive, we can’t pay them ourselves, we have two children, Julia and ten-year-old Vika, we live on my husband’s small salary.
