And now it is 9 mm. The cardiologist was alarmed by Andryusha’s heart condition, and he sent us for an in-depth examination at the Kiev Heart Institute. As a result, it turned out that the son needed urgent surgical treatment, as the defect adversely affects the condition of the body. Cardiac surgeons insist on urgent surgery - now it can be performed in another way, without incision of the chest, using an occluder. Endovascular surgery is very expensive, we don’t have that kind of money. In addition to Andryusha, we have two other school-age children.
