But over the years, we have learned that help is very real if the letter is sincere and the request is specific and transparent. And more. We now know for sure that our world with you is really not without good people. There are not a few of them!

WARNING! In order to publish your request for help, it is necessary to send only scanned copies of documents (format: PDF or JPG). We do not accept photos, screenshots or documents inserted into the letter.
IMPORTANTLY! If you have collected the entire package of documents, filled out the questionnaire and are ready to send, when sending, please name all scanned copies of documents with your name, for example: if it is a child's birth certificate, name it BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The more qualitatively and carefully your documents are prepared and sent, the faster your request for help will be considered and published. A letter (application to the Ufund) from one of the parents or guardian of the child must be additionally scanned with your signature, date and the following MANDATORY postscript:
«In order to find charitable help, I allow in accordance with paragraph 5 of Art. 2 in the wording of Law No. 5491-VI dated 20.11.2012 State Law No. 34 "On the Protection of Personal Data" to use in the mass media, including the Internet, any of the documents sent to you, including medical reports and photographs. I am familiar with the conditions for providing charitable assistance, the principles of the Ufund's work and the rules: according to which the assistance received from addressed and non-addressed donations will arrive 100 days after the publication of my request and I agree with the transfer of all excess funds collected within the framework of my submission request for the treatment of other wards of the Ufund and the implementation of other systemic projects of the Fund».
Ufund’s requirements for photography
1. We publish color photos 2. If you send a photo by mail - such a photo must be at least 9x12 cm - the main part (not less than half of the area) should occupy the face of the photographer - the picture should be sharp.
3. If you send a picture by e-mail - it can be a scanned photo or a picture taken with a digital camera - the photo should be scanned with a resolution of at least 300 dpi - the picture after scanning should be saved in JPEG (JPG) format and choose high quality - the image capacity must be at least 300 kilobytes. More is better.
4. Avoid common mistakes of novice photographers - the autofocus of low-cost cameras "sharpens" in the center of the frame. If the person in the frame is on the left or right, bottom or top, he risks being out of focus. - DO NOT try to shoot from a very close distance, in which case the picture may also be blurred. In most cases, you should do the so-called "portrait on the chest" - do not pay attention to the beautiful background, which often only distracts the autofocus of the camera and distracts from the main thing - the person being photographed.
