On February 13, on the stage of the New Theater in Pechersk, a creative evening and presentation of the book of the Laureate of the Prize named after Maximilian Voloshin - Irina Karpinos.
In the program of the evening:
- Irina Karpinos: My silver age;
- Presentation of the novel "Journey of an Amateur";
- Poems and prose about love;
- With the participation of the founder of the Kiev Bard Club Anatoly Lemesh.
Irina Karpinos songwriter, actress, writer, screenwriter, journalist. Winner of international literary prizes. Irina’s poems have been published since 1987. From 1992 to the present - actress of the theater "Wheel". Collaborates with many media and literary and artistic publications of Ukraine. Performs in concerts in the CIS, Europe and America.
Author of books of poems: "Circle" (1993), "Forbidden Holiday" (1996, Kyiv), "Khreshchatyk, Nevsky and Arbat" (2004). Prose books: "Cinema, Parnassus and Jazz" (2005, Kyiv), "The Red Cloak of the Troubadour" (2008, Kyiv), "From the Lair of the Snake" (2011, St. Petersburg).
All funds received from ticket sales and voluntary contributions of the evening’s guests will be transferred to the Ukrainian Fund for Assistance to Pay for Course Treatment to Sasha Sergeyev, 3 years - cerebral palsy. More about Sasha’s history: http://ufond.ua/174
