Child protection center «Our children»
Non-state-owned institution of social protection for children, intended for the stay of children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, left without parental care, orphans and children deprived of parental care, and providing them with comprehensive social, psychological, pedagogical, medical and other types of assistance. The center has existed since 2008, and for sixteen years it has become a second home for 176 children, of which: 158 were returned or placed in family forms (adopted, taken into care, returned to biological families), 18 children met their majority and went to independent and adult life. In March 2024, the last 8 pupils were returned to Ukraine from evacuation. For various reasons, the pupils of the Center cannot be safe in their family and enjoy their childhood. Currently, there are 16 pupils aged 9 to 17 in the Center. The Children's Protection Center "Our Children" exists at the expense of monetary charitable contributions, charitable contributions of goods, services, food products, etc. Since 2019, assistance in the amount of UAH 347 000 has been provided.
