Since at the age of 14 the child’s heart is under the greatest load, we were asked to close the duct with an occluder-spiral to avoid further complications. They are ready to hold a free operation at the Amosov Institute. But the implant itself is an occluder, you need to buy it at your own expense. Dima Mikhalets successfully operated at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after MM Amosova (Kyiv). The open arterial duct is closed through vessels by means of a special implant of a spiral occluder. The operation is gentle and minimally invasive, lasting a little over an hour. The work of the cardiovascular system is restored, Dima is healthy and feeling well. The day after the operation, we visited and congratulated Dmitry and his mother on this wonderful event in his life.
