I am the mother of a kind and sincere girl Khrystyna. My daughter was born a healthy child, grew and developed like all children.
In 2022, Khrystyna received an injury - a fracture of the humerus. The child has already undergone 5 operations. During one of the examinations, my daughter was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect - an atrial septal defect. Imagine what a shock it was for me! When you think that your child is doing well, that she is growing without any health abnormalities, and you find out that your only daughter has a congenital heart defect.
At the moment, only surgery will help Khrystyna. Such an intervention in the future will guarantee my daughter a full and healthy life. If this operation is not performed now, complications may begin in the child's heart, which will generally worsen her health. To perform such an operation, a device is needed - an occluder. Its price is over 170 000 UAH. We live together with Khrystyna. I cannot raise the funds necessary to purchase an occluder on my own, so I ask for your help for Khrystyna. The girl needs to have surgery to correct the heart defect. Given the planned surgical treatment, this defect requires endovascular closure in the near future. This is necessary to reduce the load on the child's heart, after which the girl will be healthy".
The occlude supplier issued an invoice for UAH 173 800.
