Institution in the structure of maternity and childhood protection for medical and social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care. The number of approved places is 120.

The institution was created with the aim of: Implementation of a functional and structural model of maternal and child health care for medical and social protection of children, in order to meet the needs for care, rehabilitation, upbringing and education of orphans; children left without parental care (children who were refused to be taken from a maternity hospital or other health care facility by parents or other relatives; children who were abandoned; children who were found; children of parents deprived of parental rights; children of single parents; children taken away from their parents by a court decision without deprivation of parental rights; children of parents recognized in court as missing or incapacitated; orphans; children whose parents are unable to raise them (for health reasons; due to long-term absence; serving a sentence; being in custody; during the investigation; due to difficult material and living conditions, etc.); children with physical and mental disabilities (III - V health groups) aged from birth to 6 years, as well as
with organic lesions of the central nervous system and mental disorders;
with organic lesions of the nervous system without mental disorders;
with organic lesions of the nervous system, including cerebral palsy without mental disorders;
with hearing and speech impairment; - with speech impairment;
with visual impairment (blind, visually impaired);
tuberculosis, patients with small and fading forms of tuberculosis, HIV-infected.
As of January 2024, there are 61 children from birth to 6 years of age deprived of parental care in the COSBD POR.

Since 2023, assistance has been provided for UAH 117 000
