Lisa was born a healthy child. The daughter grew and developed well, but unexpectedly in six months they discovered a congenital heart defect - a defect of the atrial septum. Our pediatric cardiologist said that this is a small defect and you can live with it all your life. But we did not believe we went to different doctors and each prescribed different drugs to support the heart. Everyone said that by the age of five, this defect could close on its own. But, alas, the miracle did not happen.
The child grows, the load on the heart increases. Lisa went to first grade. He studies well but, as in every school, there are children who offend. Because of these stresses, there was an overload of the right atrium.
On the advice of acquaintances, they turned to the Heart Institute in Kyiv. Where after the examination, I was told that my daughter needed surgery, to close this defect with an occluder. This device is very expensive. I am raising Lisa and my youngest daughter on my own. The man left us and does not help the children.
