Polina Gamza was successfully operated on at the Kiev Heart Institute. The open arterial duct was closed endovascularly with the help of a special device - a spiral occluder. The work of the heart is restored. The girl is feeling well. According to cardiac surgeon Boyko Konstantin, the operation lasted about three hours and went without complications. Heart rate is normal, the girl’s health is not threatened. Two days after the operation, Polina was discharged home.
