My son's name is Alexander. Until the age of 13, Sasha grew up as an ordinary, cheerful child - he talked with friends, helped with the housework, loved to play football. My son was happy with life and made plans for the future, dreaming of becoming a professional football player.
But later I began to notice alarming changes. The child's mood suddenly disappeared, his appetite worsened, he stopped enjoying simple things. Soon physical symptoms appeared - shortness of breath began when walking, heart pain appeared, a funnel-shaped cavity in the chest cavity formed.
We went to the hospital, underwent an examination, did a CT scan and visited an orthopedic doctor, who diagnosed our son with progressive chest deformity. At first, we were prescribed to wear a corset and do special exercises. We followed all the recommendations, hoping for improvement.
But, upon re-examination, the doctor said that his son's condition requires surgical intervention using the Nass method - this is an operation with the installation of metal plates to correct the chest.
Unfortunately, our family does not have the opportunity to independently collect the necessary amount for the operation and purchase of plates. I ask for help from all caring people.
