To decide what to do next, and how dangerous heart disease is for our daughter’s health, we were sent for examination to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after MM Amosova. Unfortunately, Valeria’s diagnosis was confirmed. Doctors said that the defect was already large, and the only treatment was endovascular surgery - closing the defect with an occluder. It is not possible for our family, where only the father works, to raise funds for such an operation. We are very much asking for help for our daughter, Natalia Kutsenko, Kyiv region.
