You need to do heart surgery. For an additional examination we went to the Institute of Names andM.M. Amosov and the Heart Institute in Kyiv. In both facilities, cardiologists have recommended less traumatic surgery, with the installation of an occluder. We decided to stay at the Heart Institute, where we are ready to be accepted and operated on in the near future. All the delay is only in the insufficient amount of money needed to purchase an occluder. The cost of the occluder is over 105 thousand hryvnias. Victoria Andriychuk successfully operated at the Kiev Heart Institute. The atrial septal defect is closed through the vessels by an occluder. The operation is gentle and minimally invasive. According to cardiac surgeon Boyko Konstantin, the operation went without complications. Heart rate is normal, blood circulation is restored. The postoperative period passed without complications, the girl is feeling well and will be discharged home on Monday.
